ProQual^™

ProQual is the breakthrough new web-based Quality Assurance tool that allows customers to perform ISO-2859-1 standard quality checks of digitized newspapers and other image-intensive documents right from their desktops. Data samples are checked first by the Apex QA team using ISO sampling standards. The customer can then approve or reject the samples, view additional batch pages (XML and images), and provide feedback before accepting delivery of the final product. ProQual saves time, keeps projects on schedule, and allows for tight collaboration throughout the digitization process.

Unlike traditional conversion methodologies, which rely on back-end check and rework cycles to control data quality, InlineQC eliminates errors at the point of capture.
