DATAWORKS® can be configured to automatically and periodically pull data from a variety of source data sources such as main frames, Oracle databases, and flat files.
DATAWORKS then applies client-specific business rules to identify errors in the data and automatically cleanses the data. Errors that are not amenable to automatic correction are routed to a separate, controlled workflow in which skilled staff applies engineering expertise to analyze and correct these more complex data conditions.
Data access is provided through a standard secure web interface that can be used by both clients and technicians correcting the data. Access is controlled through roles and privileges and all edits are tracked through an audit mechanism.
The workflow model in DATAWORKS allows errors to be distributed across a geographically diverse work force while centrally tracking the status of each error. Managers and executives can get real-time status updates via web based dashboards or Excel files.
