Job Description Manage field projects for replacing residential and commercial meters for electric/gas/water utility companies across the USA and abroad. The AMI Project Manager reports to the Director of Operations and has responsibility for all aspects of a project including budgets, scope management, installations, warehousing, safety and training, etc. The AMI Project Manager will also be responsible for interfacing with the client’s project team and managing subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will be (a) analytical, (b) process-oriented, and (c) have experience in managing meter replacement projects for water, gas, or electric utilities.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure on-time and on-budget execution of projects, with high customer satisfaction
Manage the project team (Field, Warehouse, Safety/Quality Supervisors)
Manage subcontractors, including schedule, cost and quality
Liaise with client, defining/managing/prioritizing scope and schedule
Write change orders, SOWs and other project documentation (as applicable)
Perform safety and quality audits
Issue Management and Escalation
Timely status reporting
Required Education & Experience
College degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience managing electric, gas and water AMI installation projects
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Outlook, and Visio)
Knowledge of Automated Meter Infrastructure (AMI)
