Location: Midwest or East Coast Base Salary: 70K+ depending on experience
OTE: 130K+
Summary of the Position:
The Account Manager will play a significant role in our continued growth in the BPO Publishing market. In this client-focused position, the Account Manager will have the primary responsibility for managing all aspects of the client relationship, including generating organic growth opportunities with existing clients and providing superior end to end project management. Other responsibilities include interacting with internal staff, offshore staff, and outside consultants, as well as establishing positive relationships with existing accounts and further penetrating existing client base opportunities. Create/deliver solutions proposals, assess business needs of existing clients and partner with the Sales team to design solutions to help clients meet their objectives while increasing revenues for the company. The ideal candidate will also possess enthusiasm and a drive to learn.

Experience Required:
2+ years of BPO account and/or project management in IT, Publishing or related field
Experience and a proven track record in KPO and/or publishing is preferred.
Self-motivated and organized individual with an upbeat personality and high energy level able to adapt to anything
Proven ability to develop value propositions and client opportunity pursuit
“C” Level client interfacing skills
Proven ability to communicate ideas in a clear, concise and articulate manner both written and verbally
Ability to help clients succeed through a consultative approach and a complete understanding of the hurdles normally associated with outsourcing and/or off-shoring.
Skills:
Proficient in MS software, with emphasis on MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint required
Strong written and verbal communication required
Excellent organizational skills required
Experience with Visio desired
Knowledge of XML workflows or Pre-Press is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required in Business, Technology Management, Publishing or related field.
