Strategic Opportunity:
Archgroup Consultants choose Apex Engineering Solutions to produce the designs and drawings for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services for the new Silver Star Tower in Business Bay, Dubai. Apex was chosen as the preferred provider based on its competitive price and quick turnaround.

Key Challenge:
The client’s challenge for success on this project was that the complete designs and drawings for the MEP services (including HVAC and fire detection and prevention) needed to be produced within a tight schedule of three months.  This included one million square feet comprised of three basements, one ground floor and 34 floors of commercial, office, leisure, restaurants and supermarkets to be designed using BS and local (UAE) authorities such as DEWA standards.

Result:
